1. The provisions of Division IV.1.1 of the Animal Health Protection Act (chapter P-42) apply to all domestic animals, including horses (Equus caballus), and animals kept in captivity, other than those governed by the Act respecting the conservation and development of wildlife (chapter C-61.1).
